Terms and Conditions

• If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it and have a chance to make it right.  Simply give us a call or drop us an e-mail and let us know what your concern is and we'll work to meet your expectations.

• All images of products are meant for demonstration purposes.  Due to your product being custom made it may vary slightly from the images on the website to include but not limited to position of text/logos, exact dimension of the item, location of attached items (ring stands, bottle openers, etc.).

• Due to the variability in lumber grain, slight variations in stain batches or paint colors and due to lighting of photographs (sorry, they're taken in my small shop, not with a professional camera/lighting) the colors of your product are likely to vary slightly from what's shown on the product page.  Also, no matter how hard I try, I can't guarantee the grain of the wood or the knots are in the right place, but I'll do my best to give you a great product that you can enjoy showing off to your friends and family!

Refund/Cancellation 

As all items are custom created for each individual, refunds are not authorized.  If you have a question or concern about your order, please contact David Massing, Owner of Made by Massing, LLC to help resolve your issue to the best of our ability. 

Shipping 

Shipping Methods:  All items ship via UPS ground.  Any expedited shipments are at the expense of the customer. 

Expected Timeframes:  Estimated timeframes can be found at UPS.com 

Shipping Prices:  as indicated on www.madebymassing.com, some items ship for free (via UPS ground).  Other pricing estimates are available via the website above to include faster shipping rates. 

Shipping Restrictions:  shipping within the 48 Continental United States Only 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:  Texas sales taxes are charged unless otherwise indicated by local, state, or federal law.

Force Majeure 

Made by Massing, LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature. 

Limitation of Liability 

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Made by Massing, LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. 

No Guarantee 

The client acknowledges and agrees that Made by Massing, LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
